No Bake Energy Bars

 I saw this recipe in the back of my ground flaxseed meal, I thought I would give it a try. They came out better than I had expected.



  • 1 cup of rolled oats 
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of ground flax seed meal
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter 
  • 1/3 cup of honey 
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract 


  1. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Put the mixture on a small baking sheet and freeze for few hours.
  2.  Cut into little squares and enjoy!
  3. Make sure you keep them in the refrigerator.
