INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of Tricolor quinoa follow the instructions
  •  1 cup of black beans fully cooked
  • 1 cup of tomatoes sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix the quinoa with the black beans and tomatoes sauce
  2. Add salt and pepper
  3. Wash your bell peppers, cut them in half and add the quinoa and black beans
  4. Topped with cheese, cook in the oven for 25 mins 350 degrees
