Kale and Black Eyed Pea Soup
Happy Tuesday my loves,
When it gets cold out, I crave warm delicious soups. I made this super easy Kale and black-eyed peas soup using only a few ingredients. I cook my beans with salt and water and freeze them, instead of buying canned beans.
EASY KALE AND BLACK-EYED PEA SOUP
- 2 cups of cooked black-eyed peas
- 3 cups of tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Unfreeze your beans
- Put tomato sauce in a pot with the beans and kale, cover and let it simmer for 15 mins in low heat.
- Serve with rice and avocado
