- 1/2-1 tsp organic turmeric powder (or 3-4 chunks fresh turmeric root)
- Juice of 2 whole organic lemons
- 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
- 4 cups spring water
- Add 4 cups of water to a pot with mint and turmeric. Simmer for about 20 minutes, then strain into a large pitcher.
- Add in lemon juice and raw honey and stir. Fill pitcher with room temperature water.
- You can drink this warm, hot or cold.
