No Bake Energy Bars
I saw this recipe in the back of my ground flaxseed meal, I thought I would give it a try. They came out better than I had expected.
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of ground flax seed meal
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter
- 1/3 cup of honey
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Put the mixture on a small baking sheet and freeze for few hours.
- Cut into little squares and enjoy!
- Make sure you keep them in the refrigerator.
