Love, Life & Food is a 6 week Online Program based on the 3 part method I use when coaching women one on one to help them embrace their body , decode their cravings, lose weight and heal their relationship with food.

Is this a diet with meal plans included?

No way, this is not a diet plan. In this program, I will not tell you what to eat for breakfast , lunch and dinner, but I will give all the tools you need to find the foods you like to get you excited about making nourishing meals. This program is more focused on how to eat rather than what to eat. My goal is for you to feel empowered in your own choices, rather than feel controlled by food. The main porpuse of this program is to focus on changing your mindset about food so you can heal your relationship with food, take control over your health and add more joy to your life. 

is this program for everyone?

Yes and no. My program will not interfere with any medical treatment ,however If you have pre existing medical conditions please consult with your doctor before signing up. 

I've done so many diet programs before ,how is this different?

This is not another diet program. My approach is totally different,  in this program we will work on each area of your life based on the IIN circle of life. I will give you the tools to live happily, working on your mindset so you never have to go on another diet again. You will be able to understand your negative food patterns and take action to make a positive change in your life. We will get to the root cause of your struggles so you can make a positive change in your life that will last a lifetime. 

I don't need to lose weight , is this program for me?

Yes. I designed this program for all women- no matter if your goal is to lose weight, put on weight or remain the same. This program is all about how to take incredible care of yourself, emotionally, physically , and spiritually. What is more exciting is that you will be able to reconnect with your body, learn how to love yourself and be inspired to work on other areas of your life. 

how much time do i need for this program, and What is the investment?

The investment for this program is $399.00 - this is less than $67 dollars per week .

Think about how much money you are already  spending on eating out, buying coffee. Also how much time and energy  you are spending feeling stuck, unhappy, and going in circles trying to feel free.  We make the time and invest in what we value, and we stop worrying when we start taking action. 


There is a 48 hours (2 business days) cancellation and rescheduling policy. Your session must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours (2 business days) prior to your consultation time or you will be lose that session with me. I understand life happens, but my time and energy is valuable.
